The Fire Alarm Handbook - NICET Level 3 & 4 handbook starts out where the level 1 - 2 left off.
Each element of both levels 3 and 4 are covered in the first two sections of this book.
The third section is dedicated to what extra paperwork and hoops are needed to be jumped through for the level 4 certification.
The 4th section is a 40+ -page Glossary of terms used in the fire alarm and related industries. The 5th section is a group of appendixes.
Two of the appendixes are all the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Publications in alphabetical order and in numerical order. The second two appendixes are the same thing but for all the Underwriter Laboratories Publications (UL®).
As with the level 1 - 2 book, the tabs are not only section separators but also quick reference charts and calculations needed in the exam room. |
