About the Authors

Grant Angell (Col. Ret.), 24 years in the US Army and Reserve units, 13 years in training management, was an instructor in the Limited Energy Apprenticeship Schools in Oregon for 9 years and designed the building blocks of the 4 year apprenticeship at Clackamas Community College. Holds degrees in Applied Sciences - Apprinticeship, BS in Military Science, and Masters in Strategic Studies. Has electrical licenses in Oregon & Washington and a Washington Administrator License. Founder & CEO of Limited Energy Resource Center.

Michael B. Baker, SET, taught at Clackamas Community College for 6 years. He is a Journeyman Limited Energy Electrician in Oregon and Washington and a Washington Electrical Administrator. Michael has a NICET Level IV certificate in Fire Alarm Systems and co-authored the NICET manuals and PowerPoint presentation used in the NICET seminars.
